How many hours do I need?

It depends on the size of your Residential or commercial place, how many rooms and how much is in them, plus the quality and depth of cleaning that you require.

Ultimately the choice is yours, and you may want fewer or more hours and then prioritise the rooms and jobs to be completed.

How much will I pay?

Our hourly rates include the cleaner’s wage, agency fee and eco friendly cleaning supplies. Rates vary depending on the area you’re in and the number of hours you require each week.

Do I have to supply cleaning products & equipment?
eClean professionals bring all their own eclean-approved green products and supplies except for a mop, broom and vacuum. If you have specialty products that you want used, please provide them and leave them out for the cleaners. If you need your floors swept, mopped or vacuumed, leave a broom, mop or vacuum out for the cleaner.
Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?
Yes, of course, we have a large and varied cleaner base, and we’d be happy to assign you someone different if you are unhappy for any reason. Just give us a call.
Do cleaners clean EVERYTHING?
Mostly everything, yes! For health and safety reasons our cleaners are not permitted to clean up bodily fluids, pet excrement, mold, hazardous chemicals or deceased rodents/vermin. We do not clean ceilings or areas outside of the reasonable reach of the cleaner (ie., high walls, shelves, fixtures or windows).

They also cannot provide junk removal services. For liability reasons, we do not provide laundry services or wash dishes by hand.
